Shipping Clerk
Salary: £19,500-£23,500 dependent on experience
Responsibilities will include:
– Good knowledge on shipping (tracking shipments via UPS, collecting C88 documentation
uploading to SharePoint)
– Arranging logistics for forklifts & skips Administration of office (Expenses, post, etc.)
– Online eShop management (including enrolment on the phone, when/if needed)
– Aftermarket order entry (cover for holidays)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
– Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required Some degree of basic
statistics
– Excellent customer relation, interpersonal, time management organisational skills are
essential
– Must have high energy, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently to achieve
objectives Good communication skills; both written and verbal
– Must have attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
– Packing containers with fillers, spacers and protective padding and securing cartons and
containers with nails, straps or metal tape

Skills And Qualifications:
A successful Shipping Clerk candidate is required to have the right skills and qualifications that
include:
– Ability to operate a forklift, aerial lift or hand truck to move and convey materials and
hoist packages, preferably but not necessary
– Excellent time management, administrative and organisation skills
– Communication and interpersonal skills for troubleshooting shipping issues and
customer complaints
– Ability to maintain relationships with freight companies, co-workers, management and
vendors
– Knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates
– Ability to assemble cardboard or wooden containers and crates
– Strong computer skills and maths skills
– Interpersonal skills
– At least one year experience in the similar role
– Preferably a multilingual
– Must have a UK Driving License

Logistics Coordinator/Controller
Salary: £24,000.00-£26500.00, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
– Scheduling of the drivers to meet the company workload
– Be able to problem solve & work within a busy Transport environment
– Work with all departments to ensure drivers hours compliance
– Liaise with vehicle workshops for long term vehicle availability
– Maintain Both agency & driver rotas
– Daily contact with resource suppliers to meet planning demands
– Produce future tasks sheets from the planning tools available
– Forecasting future requirements at least 7 days in advance
– Ensure all set up paperwork is completed and presented for approval
– Create and maintain the daily log of agency drivers used and costs associated
– Confirm end of week driver hour totals to agency
– Reconcile Agency Invoices with timesheets
– Identify potential shortfalls in headcount and flag to Logistics Manager for remedial action to
be taken
– Undertake any other reasonable task as required
– Maintain the 6th month driver forecast requirement
– Schedule new driver assessments
– Managing, testing transportation providers, reviewing costs and transportation rates and
researching shipping options
– Able to work as a driver to deliver tasks in case driver do not turn up
Requirements:
– Knowledge and experience of planningExcel

Import/Export Clerk
Salary: £22,000 – £26000 Depending on experience
Main purpose of job:
• To organise all air and road freight shipments from start to completion, including arranging
transport, completion of AWB, customs entry, invoicing and loading costs
• Assisting with quotations, creating and maintaining SOPs for regular clients. Provide
support to other areas of the business, as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Organise import shipments from start to finish
• Attend to collection requests
• Obtain and check shipping documents from suppliers
• Obtain customs clearance information
• Send shipping documentation instructions
• Monitor collection, departure, connection, and arrival
• Providing milestone updates to clients / agents
• Job creation, invoicing and sending PODs
• Keep airline import handling tariffs up-to-date
• Keep the database updated and create handling guides, basic clearance information and
tariffs for each regular customer
• Source competitive transport options for both express and overnight collections
nationwide
• Create a database of airline shed / shipping line contacts
• Keep airline import handling tariffs up-to-date
• Source agents for each UK airport and request tariffs for MIB brokerage and import
handling
• Responsible for collection of duty and VAT payments
• Undertake any other reasonable task as required
Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience using Box-Top is desirable
• E-customs experience is advantageous
• A forklift license is desirable
• A good solid experience in a similar role or related areas
• Knowledge of customs & excise, import/ export processes & procedures and rules of origin
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to deal with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Organised with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident, professional and friendly with a positive approach.

Transport Coordinator/Administrator
Salary: £24,000 – £27500
In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional

Key Responsibilities:
• You will cost effectively plan and dispatch routes to achieve contractual delivery times,
conducting remedial planning to effectively manage live changes to the plan
• You will review the cost effectiveness of routes through KPI analysis, taking remedial action
where necessary
• You will ensure all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high
level of accuracy and professionalism
• Liaise with line management to ensure the effective use of hire vehicles / sub-contractors
minimising the cost impact to the business
• Ensure that details of vehicle accidents are escalated to line management
• Ensure that defected vehicles are recorded on traffic sheets
• Ensure that the procedure for damaged deliveries is followed where necessary
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs as set by the business and / or Customer Service Level
Agreements, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management and customers
directly
• Use all IT based systems in the effective delivery of their role including Paragon, Mi-Sharp
etc
• Ensures that appropriate communication methods are used to provide information to both
internal and external customers as required e.g. debrief of drivers, dealing with customer

Salary: £22,500 – 26500
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake control of the yard desk
• Tachograph control in line with legal requirements
• Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
• Ensure that all drivers are debriefed and that all the paperwork is compliant
• Manage resource requests to ensure that all planned daily resource is accurate
• Management of Health & Safety on site includes creating a culture that is H&S conscious
and reports accordingly
• Ensure reports and details are accurate for the receiving audience
• Manage customer relationships ensuring that communication is good, and issues are
highlighted and dealt with quickly and appropriately
• Suggesting improvements and working with the Customers team to maximise efficiency
• Ensure all decisions are taken with full knowledge of the P&L implications to the business
and that team are aware of financial performance
